Marise, an accomplished figure in the world of fitness, has dedicated over 15 years to understanding and teaching movement. From her days as a professional dancer to her current role as a post-natal fitness coach and Pilates instructor, she has held the belief that the freedom of movement and a powerful body are everyone's birthright. Her insights in the fitness industry have led her to pinpoint a dire lack of movement as a significant contributor to premature aging and illness.
Marise's mission focuses on detangling the complexities of keeping healthy in a fast-paced world. Knowing what to do is not enough, today we must know how to do it. With this in mind, she works tirelessly to bridge this gap for her clients. Marise's offerings are targeted towards women, assisting them to prioritize health and rediscover their power through movement. Her goal is to empower women to feel strong, beautiful, and confident, enriching all aspects of their lives.
I am now at the end of the official program And I cannot believe I have successfully stuck to it... I am so proud!! This is not an exercise routine and diet based program. It is 12 weeks of coaching using exquisite, researched, content. The short daily exercise videos coupled with the introspective activities helped me to re-meet the human and the body that existed before life became entirely dedicated to kids and work.
The beginning few weeks were not overwhelming and so easy to stick to. During the middle weeks, Marise also knew when I was heading towards a slump and she was able to help me find the drive to get back to consistent daily movement.
This has been a skill learned - and together with finding out what habits push me forward or hold me back, this has become a lifestyle that I have been able manage.
I have not felt so strong and supple since my teenage dancing years. The cm's lost from my tummy, hips and thighs were secondary to meeting my ab muscles and feeling incredible.
This has been a most valuable investment in myself and a gift to my kids and husband.

Where to even begin! I started off telling my group that I’m just allergic to exercise and wish for a genuinely healthy attitude to life and exercise. What I got out was far, far more. I was demotivated and a little lost in my mommy life. Marise held my hand every step of the way with authentic support and enthusiasm. All her exercises have variants so no matter my fitness or flexibility level, I was always moving at a pace that I was comfortable with. Her depth of knowledge of the female body is astounding. She is as passionate as it gets. As a mom, a coach and an expert she brought it all together in such a powerful and unique program. I felt nurtured, supported and inspired every single day. I think for me the fact that I was coached as a person with strengths and weaknesses, good days and bad and not expected to be a robot was what hit home for me. She got me to ask the hard questions and find my true motivation. I genuinely feel that there has been such a huge a shift in me. It’s exactly what I needed to find myself and my way back again. My body feels stronger than it’s ever been. The transformation both physically and mentally is there for everyone to see. This program has given me so much more than I could have imagined.

If you want to get into shape for the first time in your life, I only have praise for Marise. While the course is not focused on weight loss, it is an inevitable outcome of the program if you consistently complete it. I lost 7kgs and my core somehow feels stronger than ever before.
